How Does This Comparison Tool Work
This broker comparison tool was designed to help you choose the best broker for you while showing all the main features available on each one.
From the dropboxes above, you simply need to select the brokers that you want to compare. Instantly you’ll see a comparison of all the broker’s features.
What Is Being Compared Between Brokers
I tried to be as exhaustive as possible with all the features. I’ll also keep updating this comparison tool as time passes, either adding new brokers or adding more relevant fields to the comparison.
This is the data that you can see in the comparison right now:
- Broker General Details: This is a quick snapshot of each broker. You’ll see when they were founded, where they are located, what the minimum deposit is, and the maximum provided leverage.
- Account Settings: Here you’ll have an overview of the accounts. Margin call and stop-out, inactivity fee, minimum and maximum lot sizes, spreads, and types of trading allowed.
- Account Types: Most brokers have different account types to serve you better according to your trading style. A demo account is provided by most of them, but then you may or may not have access to cent accounts, commission or no-commission accounts, Islamic, and professional.
- Bonus: Some brokers offer a bonus when you make a deposit, or even a bonus just by registering as a new client. If any of the brokers you chose offers such a bonus it will show in this comparison field.
- Instruments Available: Here is where you’ll see the markets that you can trade with each broker. From Forex to Indices, Commodities, Stocks, Crypto, and even Bonds, you’ll find a broker that offers the market you want to trade.
- Leverage: Depending on their regulator, the maximum leverage offered by each broker may differ a lot. Notice that I mentioned “maximum leverage”. That’s because the leverage is usually different depending on the market you want to trade. Here you’ll find how much is the leverage provided for each market.
- Payments: Do you prefer to deposit via wire, Paypal, Crypto, Credit Card, or a different option? Some brokers offer dozens of different payment options. Check this list to see if the one you prefer is available.
- Platforms: When we get used to a trading platform and like it, we tend to want that same platform even if we change brokers. In this comparison, you can see what platforms are available for each broker, including web platforms and mobile platforms if you trade on the go.
- Regulators: They exist almost everywhere in the world. If a regulation is important to you (and it should be), you’ll be able to see which regulators are checking if your broker is doing “funny things” or not.
- Trustpilot: Although not necessarily very important, it’s always good to compare how other traders rate each broker. (I said “not very important” because… you know… sometimes these things can be faked either to the negative or positive side and we should take them with a pinch of salt).
Now, go to the top of the page and select the brokers you want to compare.
