During this phase, you need to achieve a profit target with no time limit. Here are all the details:

• Minimum days to trade: 4 days.
• Challenge duration: all the time you need.
• Maximum daily loss: 5% (initial daily balance)
• Maximum loss: 10% (initial account balance)
• Profit target: 10%.

In as fast as 4 days, you can have your funded account if you can meet the requirements.

TopTier Two Phase Challenge

The two-phase challenge is very similar to the other challenge. The difference is that you need to prove your experience in a quick 2-phase evaluation process. Let’s look at all the details.

Phase 1

During this phase, you need to achieve a profit target and there’s no time limit. Here are all the details:

• Minimum days to trade: 4 days.
• Challenge duration: no limit.
• Maximum daily loss: 5% (initial daily balance)
• Maximum loss: 10% (8% if you use the profit target add-on)
• Profit target: 10% (8% if you use an add-on)

Phase 2

After you complete the phase 1 challenge, you’re ready to start phase 2.

In this phase, you also don’t have any time limit to achieve the profit target. Just make sure you stay within the maximum daily and overall losses. All the rules are the same as in phase 1, except the profit target that reduces. Here are all the details:

• Minimum days to trade: 4 days.
• Challenge duration: trade for as long as you need.
• Maximum daily loss: 5% (initial daily balance)
• Maximum loss: 10% (8% if you used the profit target add-on)
• Profit target: 5%.

TopTier Trader EAs (Expert Advisors)

Holding trades overnight is allowed on all programs. You can have your positions open for as long as you want according to your own trading style. Just be careful with daily and weekend gaps.

Holding trades over the weekend is only allowed for the Swing and Plus account types. If you’re trading the Regular account you must close your positions before the weekend.

TopTier Trader News Trading

There are some restrictions on news trading. For the Regular and Swing account types you can’t open or close trades between 2 minutes before and after important news releases. You can keep existing trades open though.

If you’re trading the Plus account type there are no news restrictions. You just need to be careful with the volatility, but if you’re like me, those are the best times of the day to trade. Just don’t exceed your maximum safe lot size and manage your trades properly.
