My Funded Futures Programs Goals And Rules

Depending on the account size that you are trading, you have different profit target goals and maximum drawdowns to avoid.

These rules are the same regardless of the account size that you’re applying to:

  • Minimum days to trade: You can get funded on the same day! And there are no exceptions. You can literally get funded on the same day you start trading the challenge.
  • Drawdown mode: EOD for all programs. This means your account balance will only move by the End Of the Day, which is great.
  • Maximum trading days: This is a rule from the past. Most prop firms nowadays let you trade for as long as you need. The same happens with My Funded Futures, take your time to reach your goals, there’s no maximum number of days to finish the evaluation.

Besides those rules, you also have a profit target to achieve while avoiding hitting a maximum trailing drawdown which is different depending on the account size and program chosen.

On the Starter challenge, you also have a maximum daily loss limit. It’s important to note that this maximum daily loss is a soft breach, which means that you won’t lose the account if you hit it. Instead, you’ll just be stopped from trading for the rest of that day.

Here are all the goals and losses to avoid:

Rules for the Starter challenge:

Starting CapitalProfit TargetMax Trailing DrawdownMax Daily Loss
$50,000$3,000 (6%)$2,500 (5%)$1,200 (2.4%)
$100,000$6,000 (6%)$3,500 (3.5%)$2,400 (2.4%)
$150,000$9,000 (6%)$5,000 (3.33%)$3,600 (2.4%)

Rules for the Milestone challenge:

$50,000$3,000 (6%)$2,000 (4%)
$100,000$6,000 (6%)$6,000 (3%)
$150,000$9,000 (6%)$4,500 (3%)

Rules for the Expert challenge:

Starting CapitalProfit TargetMax Trailing DrawdownMax Daily Loss
$50,000$4,000 (8%)$2,000 (4%)
$100,000$8,000 (8%)$3,000 (3%)

Important to mention that this prop firm’s evaluation has one single step, unlike other firms that typically have two steps.
